Sugar Factory Building
The Karangsuwung Sugar Factory, located in Karangsuwung Village, Karangsembung District, Cirebon Regency, West Java, is known to have a mystical aura and is often used as a location for testing courage. This Dutch colonial era building was built in 1896, as written on its towering chimney. Even though it has not been operating for a long time and was abandoned for about ten years, the government is now planning to turn it into an interesting historical tourist destination.
